Wet your face with water, take enough on the palm of your hand and rub gently, avoiding the eye and mouth area. Then gently massage the face, rinse with water.
 
5X Ceramide Soothing Toner
Pour a few drops into clean palms and apply to the face and neck area before using the moisturizer. For optimal results, use in the morning and evening. For use in the morning, continue with the use of sunscreen.

5X Ceramide Barrier Moisture Gel 
Apply enough on the skin of the face evenly, can be used in the morning and at night.
